Did you know that dance is considered a leading preventer of Alzheimer's & Dementia?

Our Faculty are established professionals-seasoned performers or choreographers, or with degrees from renowned dance programs in performance and education. We continue to work with pillars of the dance community to bring our students the absolute best!

Mark joined RAPS Dance Troupe AT RUTGERS UNIV., danced with and choreographed for the team for 3 years. After a brief stint with FR3SH Dance Company, he danced for and co-directed The Society for 6 years. Mark has had the opportunity to perform at World of Dance NJ, Prelude EC, and Defining Rhythm as well as teach workshops all around New Jersey, New York, Boston, and Philly. Mark currently co-runs CreativExchange, a community centric organization that provides classes and workshops in the Rutgers area.

Denise studied in various styles including ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, aerobics and yoga. She has a degree from Pace University, & musical training in piano and flute. DENISE continued to tRAIN and found herself teaching dance to children. She loves working with children and has 4 of her own. She has a few part time jobs, but teaching children has always been her favorite. Today she teaches children of various ages, specializing in younger children, hoping to instill in them an appreciation of the art of dance.


Mallory trainED at The Denise Daniele Dance Studio under Denise Blackstone & continued her studies AT The Performing Arts Academy. SHE finished her training at the University of the Arts WHERE she WORKED WITH Katie Swords-Thurman, Jesse Zaritt, Anne White, Sidra Bell, Curt Haworth, Ronen Koresh. Mallory had an opportunity to study at The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance under Paul Bloom & worked with Iya Israel from Batsheva Dance CompanY.. She is now apart of a professional hip hop dance company, The Redef Movement.

Emily is an undergraduate student at Montclair State University pursuing a
B.a. in Dance Education with K-12 certification. Emily attended Howell High School in FPAC & has completed the Complexions Summer Dance Intensive, Joffrey Ballet Summer Dance Intensive, Point Park International Summer Dance Program, the UArts Summer Institute & performed at the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade.




Melanie is a graduate OF Mason Gross School of the Arts (Rutgers University) 2016 with a B.F.A. in Dance Cum Laude and was a recipient of the James Dickson Carr Scholarship. She has worked with choreographers Jessica Lang, Nick Bruder, Kate Weare, Jennifer Freeman, Kim Gibilisco, Keith Thompson, Paulette Sears, Randy James, Doug Elkins, and John Evans. As a member of the Movement Playground she has performed at the John F. Kennedy Center (Washington D.C.) and Jacob's Pillow.

Alexa has worked with choreographers including Sidra Bell, Manuel Vignouelle, Stefanie Battan Bland, Julie Bour, Brian Brooks, Ginger Thatcher, Jay T. Jenkins, Larry Keigwin, Randy James, Graham Lustig, Doug Elkins, Jonathan Campbell, Raegan Bliss Wood, and Keith Thompson.

She performed in the Princeton Dance Festival & at The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington D.C. As a member of Zella Dance Company, Alexa performed across the United States and she toured internationally with the production Uma Saudação à Whitney Houston.

Alexa worked as Marketing Associate for New York City Dance Alliance & used her background in graphic design to create the visual content for New York City Dance Alliance, Onstage New York, and Lanteri NY. She established herself as a social media specialist working on events including the New York City Dance Alliance National Finale, the Fred and Adele Astaire Awards, Destiny Rising, and Bright Lights Shining Stars.
