We offer scholarships to conventions, professional studios, and to technique training programs at the end of the Intensive. All dancers who fully participate in our Intensive are eligible to be selected for a scholarship

Charles Scheland is a New York City based dance artist and teacher. Charles grew up in Germany, Austria, and the Washington DC area, and graduated summa cum laude from the Ailey/Fordham BFA in Dance program with a double major in Dance and Economics and departmental honors in both. Charles is currently a dancer with Carolyn Dorfman Dance, and also works with Michael Mao Dance and Sarah Berges Dance. He previously danced for RIOULT Dance NY, and has also been a guest artist with Buglisi Dance Theater, New England Dance Theater, and Alison Cook-Beatty Dance. He has performed works by Alvin Ailey, Robert Battle, Bill T. Jones, Juel Lane, Jessica Lang, Milton Myers, Henning Rübsam, Paul Taylor, and others. Charles teaches ballet and Horton technique, and is Milton Myers’ assistant and demonstrator at Jacob’s Pillow, the Juilliard School, Steps on Broadway, and internationally. He is on faculty at Steps on Broadway, The Ailey School, Dance Theatre of Harlem, and the School at Jacob’s Pillow.

Outside of the dance studio, Charles is the Executive Assistant at Dance ICONS, and he co-hosts and co-produces a podcast with The Nerd Party network called Throwback Paperback.

Cassy Surianello is originally from Buffalo, NY and graduated from Point Park University receiving her B.F.A in dance. Professional dance credits include; First National Tour of “Fiddler on the Roof”, Principal Dancer for SweetBird Productions International Tour of Rasta Thomas' "Rock the Ballet" (Bad Boys of Dance), Dance Lab New York (Josh Prince), Dance Break (Stacey Tookey), “In This Life” (Film), The Orsano Project, Madison Square Garden and MTV Live. Modeling and film credits include: MAKEUP FOREVER, Sephora and HBO. She has taught for numerous dance conventions including Groove Dance Competition, Deviate The Process, Quest Dance Intensive and Encore Extreme as well as traveling to teach master classes across the US and Canada. 

Stacie Webster (she/her) has been moving dance students toward higher levels of personal and group achievement for the past 15 years and has been on the dance faculty at Broadway Dance Center for the past ten years. A native of Southern Utah, attended Southern Utah University where she earned a B.S. in Dance Performance, and was awarded the San Christopher Scholarship. 

Stacie was the Consulting Choreographer for Laughing Pizza's television series on PBS and most recently choreographed for up-and-coming NYC artist Lala. Stacie is on faculty for the Children and Teen Program at Broadway Dance Center as well as permanent faculty on their open-class schedule. She works closely with young professionals, and loves the opportunity to work with young dancers from the tri-state area. Additionally, she attended the Academy of Massage Therapy and is a Certified Massage Therapist.

Stacie is also the director of her own training program, Jazz Boot Camp, running successfully for the past seven years. Performance credits include Nike Industrial, Repertory Dance Theatre, Brigham Young Universitys Theatre Ballet, Salt Lake City Winter Olympics, Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, Webster Hall, Symphony Space, Boston Convention Center, Javitz Center, and Catastrophe Dance Company. Stacie is currently represented by Clear Talent Group as an Educator, and is on Turn It Up Dance Challenge faculty as a master teacher. www.staciewebster.com

Becca “Bex” Robinson has been passionately dancing since the young age of 2. Growing up in San Diego, CA she made her way to the east coast to train at Broadway Dance Center for the Professional Semester Program in 2015. Upon moving to NYC, she is now signed to MSA Talent Agency in NYC and LA. Bex has performed at the VMAs with Taylor Swift, Diplo, Bob’s Dance Shop, High School Musical, Chloe Flower, The Macy’s Day Parade and can also be seen in hit films such as; “Isn’t It Romantic” and “In The Heights”. Beca has had the opportunity to work with brands such as Amazon, Puma, MembersOnly, Degree, and Universal Standard. Over the past few years, Bex has consistently been performing for shows and events that include: Netflix “Halftime” “LIMBO” “DayDreamers “B_TTERLAND” & “The Soul Spot”

Along with dancing Becca has taught and choreographed for numerous artists, studios, and companies around the world, with her most recent trip bringing western dance to Saudi Arabia with Spears Academy. Her most recent collaborative work with Bo Park, “Scarlet Night” & “Persephone” are all new immersive theatre shows, showcased across Virgin Voyages Ships. Bex has continued to push through boundaries and has created “IM-PROOF”. A creative-experiment intensive that is dedicated to unlocking young artist's potential and focusing on the “Unlearning” process through authentic movement. 

Jackson is a NYC based dancer and educator who grew up in the greater DMV area. As a dancer, he has worked in multiple facets of the industry including music videos, regional theatre, tours, commercial dance, backup dancing, and concert dance. He grew up dancing primarily in ballet and competitive Latin Ballroom, but found his love for hip hop later on.

Now while pursuing his degree in kinesiology and movement science, he teaches full time at various studios in the tristate area as well as a roster of private coaching students. He loves passing on his knowledge and fostering the next generation of talent.
